Cheshire High is a family owned and run business. We care very much about our customers - we want you to recommend us and return to us. We are certainly are not here to make a one off sale regardless of whether you are satisfied or not. In the unlikely event you are not happy, we are not either, and will do all we can to correct a situation that needs putting right.

Our MD, Roger Harpwood (pictured above) has an NCQ level 3 in customer care, so customer service is very important to us.

As in all aspects of life, things can and will go wrong from time to time, and selling online is no exception. However, what might be an exception is our commitment to make sure you do not lose out should matters not quite go to plan.

On our Contact Page you will always be able to get any concerns you have answered, there are all the usual ways, plus one more, an out of hours mobile that we will always (well maybe not the middle of the night) respond to.

We are not always going to be the cheapest, but our products are very competitively and fairly priced for both you and us, but we will also be here in the future, and we will be able to back up the service you expect and deserve.

No-quibble return policy

If your item is found not to be as described you will be fully refunded + return postage back to us, the same applies if it has been damaged, or you have the option of a replacement. Should you just change your mind within 14 days you can return it (unused and undamaged) for a full refund of the purchase price, but on this one you must pay the return postage. You can also cancel and get a refund any time up until dispatch should you change your mind.


All our items are inspected and very well packed by us prior to posting; consequently we have almost no incidences of breakage, which when it occurs is always a source of great disappointment to any customer.


We always offer free delivery on ALL purchases, big or small, throughout the UK mainland. You will always be kept informed when dispatch will be, usually within 1 or 2 days of order, plus conformation when your item has been posted also a tracking number and link to the tracking system.

We only use one carrier so you get continuity of service, and that’s Parcelforce, we have found them to be very reliable, good on customer care, and careful with our parcels. They are very competitively priced which helps us all, and are not obsessed with parcel sizes, which makes life a lot less complicated and therefore quicker when packaging up and posting.


We are always on the lookout for new and interesting products, and when we find them they are listed here in our shop. Equally should we find one of our products has the potential not to be satisfactory, either the manufacture is not quite up to standard or maybe it fails in the same way more than once, we remove it. There may even be something that is trending that we don't have and you would like us to stock it, just let us know and we will do our best to source it. We do appreciate your comments on all of these matters and we do take notice of what you tell us.
