Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time up to the order being dispatched.
For cancellations of goods after they have been delivered please see our returns policy. All cancellations must be made in writing, either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter to Cheshire High Ltd Apex House, Duke Avenue, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Cheadle, SH8 6RX.
To return an item due to damage, a discrepancy or because it is no longer required, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the order in writing, either by email to email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter to Cheshire High Ltd. Apex House, Duke Avenue, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Cheadle, SH8 6RX . We do reserve the right to refuse any return request that is made after 7 working days.
In the unlikely event an item is found to be damaged or faulted,you have the option of returning it for a full refund or exchanging it for a replacement item. Should you choose to be refunded we will also pay the cost of your postage to us in addition to the full purchase price.
For items returned because they are no longer required we will not pay the return postage costs. These must be returned by you at your cost and in good condition to Cheshire High Ltd. Apex House, Duke Avenue, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Cheadle, SK8 6RX. Once we have received the item in good condition a refund of the full purchase price will be made.
Without exception, the item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was received.
