Q: Where does Cheshire High post to?         

A: The UK only


Q: Are there any areas of the UK that are excluded?

A: Yes, we are unable to send to the Channel Islands & the Scilly Isles.


Q: Is postage free?

A: Yes, for most of the UK, with a few exceptions


Q: What areas is there a charge for postage?

A: For the following areas we have to add a partial charge for postage............

Northern Ireland & The Isle of Man there is a part payment for postage of £14.50

The Scottish Highlands & Islands there is a part payment for postage of £9.50

The Isle of Wight there is a part payment for postage of £6.50


Q: How do I pay these additional postage costs?

A: The additional charges will automatically be added to your purchase when you enter your delivery address.


Q: When will my order be sent?

A: We try to dispatch parcels the day after receiving your order, the only exception to this is any orders received on a Friday & Saturday, these will be posted on the following Monday.


Q: Who will deliver my parcel and how long will it take to arrive?

A: Smaller items that have a total packaged weight of less than 5kg will be sent by Hermes, these will usually be delivered 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Items over 5kg total packaged weight will be sent via Parcel force Express 24, and will be delivered the next day after dispatch.


Q: Will I be able to track my parcel?

A: Yes, in all cases you will be advised by Cheshire High Ltd of your Tracking Number & how to log into the tracking system. Also the carriers will keep you informed by email.


Q: How can I contact Cheshire High Ltd. If I have any concerns?

A: There is a “Contact Us” page on the website this will give email, telephone, and address details. However we do realise that it is important for customers to feel they can talk with someone at all times, and for that reason you will also find a mobile number that can be used out of office hours, this can be Text or Call, please use this if you are at all concerned with anything, or just have a question. We can’t guarantee to answer every call immediately, but if you leave a message we WILL call you back very soon.


Q: How safe are my financial details once I buy from Cheshire High Ltd.?

A: Very, whether you use PayPal or your Credit/Debit cards Cheshire High does not keep any of your personal financial details or information relating to your purchase. We use the highest level of security and we are only advised of your order when the transaction is complete. If you are using your credit or debit card you will be taken through the 3D secure system.

Our website has the extra security protection of an SSL certificate, and when on our site you will see the little green padlock in the top right corner as proof of this.


Q: If for some reason I wish or need to cancel or return my purchase, am I able to do this?

A: Yes, please see our “Cancellation Policy”, you will find this at the bottom of the Home page on our website, under Information.


Q: Does Cheshire High Ltd have a shop or showroom I can visit?

A: No, we are exclusively an On Line business.
